Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most products in their original condition with all packaging intact. Some exceptions apply (see below).
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used food preparation items (chopping boards, cutlery)
- Personal care devices (bathroom scales, fitness scales)
- Electrical appliances that have been unboxed (air fryers, food processors, blenders, electric grinders)
- Any item that shows signs of use or missing original packaging
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for Approval – Our kitchenware experts will review your request (typically within 2 business hours)
- Package Your Item – Securely repackage with all original materials
- Ship It Back – Use the return label we provide (return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error)
- Receive Your Refund/Exchange – Once we receive and inspect your return

Once we receive your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your item
- Refund Method: Original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
- Time to Appear: 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
For exchanges:
- You may exchange for any in-stock item of equal or lesser value
- If exchanging for a higher-value product, you’ll pay the difference
- Exchanges follow the same return timeline and conditions
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Salter product arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
- In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item
