• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

Delivery times may vary for international destinations.

4.2 Delivery Responsibilities

Once items leave our warehouse, risk of loss passes to you. Please inspect packages upon delivery and report any visible damage within 48 hours.

4.3 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition with all accessories. Some exceptions apply (see below).

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened food preparation items (chopping boards, cutlery, bakeware, cake tins)
• Personal care devices (bathroom scales, fitness scales)

• Any item showing signs of use or missing original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error.

5.5 Exchanges

We offer exchanges for in-stock items of equal or lesser value. For higher-value exchanges, you’ll pay the difference.
